Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Lifecycle/CRM Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape multi-channel lifecycle strategy and optimize behavior-based triggered campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement advanced messaging solutions and ensure CRM platform performance
  • Manage direct reports, run A/B testing, analyze performance, and maintain operational rigor in QA and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Braze experience
  • 5+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience in consumer-focused environments
  • Experience with API-driven messaging, SDK events, and backend integrations
  • Proficient in Braze Liquid logic and A/B testing
  • Experience managing team members and/or agency partners
