Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Lifecycle/CRM Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape multi-channel lifecycle strategy and optimize behavior-based triggered campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement advanced messaging solutions and ensure CRM platform performance
- Manage direct reports, run A/B testing, analyze performance, and maintain operational rigor in QA and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Braze experience
- 5+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience in consumer-focused environments
- Experience with API-driven messaging, SDK events, and backend integrations
- Proficient in Braze Liquid logic and A/B testing
- Experience managing team members and/or agency partners
