Job Summary
Leading a small onboarding team, the fully remote Senior Manager of CRM Onboarding will oversee the implementation of the GoIQ platform for new clients, ensuring they derive immediate value through structured onboarding journeys and automation workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of GoIQ CRM implementations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Develop and continuously improve the client onboarding journey, from kickoff to the first 90-day check-in
- Build and maintain a documented onboarding playbook to standardize client experiences and reduce time-to-value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of advanced CRM platform experience, including automation workflow design and account configuration
- 2+ years of experience managing a small team in an onboarding or client success environment
- Proven track record of designing structured client onboarding experiences that drive adoption and retention
- CRM platform certification or demonstrated expertise in platforms like GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred
