Job Summary

Grounded in Black feminist praxis, the full-time Senior Manager of Culture will oversee organizational culture and staff experience in a remote setting, ensuring alignment with values and implementing culturally relevant practices that support staff development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align professional growth opportunities with the organization's BEACON strategy
  • Establish and communicate clear pathways for staff promotions, ensuring transparency and consistency in criteria
  • Implement feedback systems to monitor staff satisfaction and translate insights into actionable improvements for the workplace culture
Required Qualifications
  • Experience applying Black feminist frameworks and embodied practices in organizational settings
  • Strong commitment to somatic practices and understanding their impact on organizational health
  • Proven ability to manage operational tasks with high attention to detail
  • Experience in tracking and following through on organizational processes and cycles
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain organizational integrity
