Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in building a customer advocacy program from scratch
- Experience in making tech stack decisions for advocacy programs
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and peer review platforms
