Job Summary
To support revenue-generating teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Customer Enablement will design and execute scalable enablement programs, ensuring effective sales strategies and tools are in place while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into strategic enablement initiatives
- Own end-to-end enablement programs, including planning, execution, and measurement of effectiveness
- Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to align on enablement solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or a similar role
- Experience in building training programs and supporting sales organizations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in change management and enablement methodologies
