Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team across Customer Operations, managing performance and resource optimization
  • Establish and manage the operating cadence for the Customer Success & Experience organization
  • Oversee systems governance and customer journey architecture to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance in a player-coach role
  • Proficient in building processes and training teams on new tools and systems
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer tech stack, with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience collaborating with Sales Operations or Revenue Operations for data alignment
