Job Summary

Leading a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers, the remote Senior Manager of Customer Success will develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while managing large enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Enterprise Customer Success team, fostering a customer-focused culture
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level customers to ensure their business objectives are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer success strategies aligned with company goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the SaaS industry, preferably in GRC and/or Security
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in customer success software and CRM tools
