Senior Manager of Data Analysis
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analysis to support analytical data needs for assigned business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage companywide data process improvements
- Manage cross-functional activities related to large-scale analytic projects
- Develop and lead activities to accomplish strategic department goals and communicate these to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field
- 8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with HEDIS, Hybrid, and Retrospective analytics
- Master's degree and supervisory experience preferred
