Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage companywide data process improvements
Manage cross-functional activities related to large-scale analytic projects
Develop and lead activities to accomplish strategic department goals and communicate these to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data-related field
8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
Experience with HEDIS, Hybrid, and Retrospective analytics
Master's degree and supervisory experience preferred
