Senior Manager of Data Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics, Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members
• Develop a deep understanding of data and business processes related to external payer data for quality programs and performance reporting
• Design data integration processes and validate data pipelines to ensure data quality and optimize operational performance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data and reporting
• 2+ years of Cloud experience using Snowflake, APIs, Kafka, Azure Databricks
• 1+ years of previous manager and/or team lead experience
