Senior Manager of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of experienced analysts, the full-time Senior Manager of Data Analytics will drive advanced business analytics initiatives across Ecommerce, Health, and Supply Chain, partnering closely with senior leaders to influence strategy and enhance data fluency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5 analysts and data scientists, focusing on prioritization and coaching
• Own and execute actionable analyses across eCommerce, supply chain, and health, ensuring close involvement with data
• Define KPI and reporting standards while advancing AI-native analytics tools for self-service access to data

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce
• Deep understanding of eCommerce or retail analytics, including core KPIs related to inventory and fulfillment
• Proven experience managing experienced analysts and fostering a culture of analytics excellence
• Hands-on experience with AI-native analytics tools and a strong curiosity about self-serve analytics infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality management, and statistical modeling principles
