Senior Manager of Data Analytics
Job Summary
To support the Risk/Credit team, the remote Senior Manager of Data Analytics will manage and automate analytical workflows, design dashboards, and conduct ad hoc analyses to drive strategic decision-making across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate analytical workflows using Python and/or R, with code managed through GitHub
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide visibility into key business metrics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions and present findings with clear recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within financial services or FinTech
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar visualization tools, with a portfolio of dashboards designed for business users
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
- Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, or similar distributed computing platforms
