Senior Manager of Deal Desk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, reviewing, and approval of complex SaaS sales deals to maximize revenue and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deal processes and enforce pricing and discounting policies
• Analyze deal data to identify trends and drive operational efficiency across the quote-to-order process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or related roles
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-centric environment supporting commercial processes
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with experience in coaching and developing teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience with CRM and CPQ systems
