Job Summary
Owning and evolving the deal desk function at scale, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Deal Desk will manage deal reviews, approval workflows, and the commercial policy framework while leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Deal Desk function, including deal review and exception management
- Develop and maintain the commercial policy framework to enable rapid deal execution with appropriate controls
- Act as a senior commercial advisor on strategic deals, providing independent judgment and recommendations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or commercial finance within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing deal review processes and discounting policies for various market segments
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies
- Ability to analyze deal economics and make recommendations balancing growth and profitability
- Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows for improved efficiency
