Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Decision Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Decision Support system to ensure timely and accurate profitability data
• Lead the design and implementation of the Medical Group cost model and quality control analysis
• Support development of new program plans and business lines, coordinating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• 7+ years of healthcare managerial or consulting experience
• Experience in healthcare reimbursement and cost accounting required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Familiarity with revenue modeling and business intelligence software preferred
