Senior Manager of Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a team of delivery managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Delivery will oversee program execution across various formats, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for learners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 30-300+ members while maintaining program quality and adherence to organizational norms
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring consistent execution and real-time decision-making across multiple course formats
• Create and refine operational playbooks and workflows to enhance learner success and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program operations or delivery management
• Proven ability to manage and train multiple layers of reports for at least 2 years
• Experience in running multiple programs serving hundreds or thousands of learners simultaneously
• Strong background in utilizing data for proactive problem-solving
• Expert-level proficiency in Zoom and familiarity with tools like Asana, Github, Notion, and gSuite
