Senior Manager of Deployments
Job Summary
Leading a team of Deployment Specialists and Managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Deployments will oversee deployment and data migration functions, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivering the Versaterm software suite to Public Safety customer environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, providing direction and performance management aligned with leadership standards
- Own delivery standards and oversee scheduling, staffing, and capacity planning to meet delivery commitments
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing client outcomes
Required qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of experience in technical delivery or systems implementation, with 3-5 years in a people management role
- Experience managing managers or leading multi-team functions in a software delivery environment
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration practices in enterprise or SaaS contexts
- Strong technical proficiency across multiple environments, including Linux, AWS, and Azure
