Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple teams responsible for the design and development of transformers
• Oversee the design, development, optimization, and execution of three-phase distribution transformers
• Drive the tactical execution of engineering strategies, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• More than 8 years of experience in Design Engineering, specifically in three-phase transformer design
• Experience in Design Engineering Leadership, focusing on three-phase transformer design
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for transformers and related components
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional engineering teams and deliver results aligned with business strategy
