Senior Manager of Detection Operations

Job Summary

Leading the daily execution of the Internal Fraud Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Manager of Detection Operations will manage the review and referral processes for internal fraud alerts, ensuring timely and confidential handling of sensitive matters while providing leadership support to operations staff.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze potential internal fraud incidents identified through monitoring reports and business referrals
• Conduct initial assessments to determine credibility, severity, and appropriate escalation or referral paths
• Prepare clear and well-documented alert summaries and maintain accurate case records in accordance with internal policies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud operations, monitoring, or security operations
• Deep understanding of fraud monitoring tools, insider threat detection, and case management systems
• Proven track record of managing global operations teams
• Strong knowledge of internal fraud typologies and insider risk behaviors
• Experience with operational KPIs, back-office case and SLA management, and executive reporting
