Job Summary
Leading the NAMER team of Enterprise Developer Advocates, the full-time Senior Manager of Developer Advocacy will manage and develop senior advocates, execute enterprise-focused advocacy programs, and ensure high-quality DevDays and customer engagements in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Staff Developer Advocates while setting clear expectations and priorities
- Oversee the delivery of tailored DevDays and coordinate account engagement processes end to end
- Align advocacy work with sales and expansion goals, ensuring technical engagements translate into business impact
Required qualifications
- Experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical community work, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrated people-leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to build, demo, and teach effectively
- Operational mindset with experience managing programs and prioritizing requests
- Passion for empowering developers and creating authentic community experiences
