Senior Manager of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of DevOps to lead and evolve their DevOps practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap, and best practices for DevOps across the division
• Architect, build, and improve automation pipelines for code deployment and infrastructure management
• Manage and drive the execution of complex projects within the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, including 5 years in a leadership position
• 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and platforms
• Proven experience in setting and executing DevOps strategy in a complex environment
