Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of District Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead district discovery and serve as the main point of contact for districts engaging with Checkology through Clever
• Onboard districts and provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to district contacts and educators
• Monitor district usage, identify needs, and recommend solutions while collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EdTech, customer success, or technical implementation
• Hands-on experience with Clever, ClassLink, or other LMS/SIS integrators
• Experience working with public school districts, particularly with district-level administrators or IT teams
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose basic technical issues
• Comfort with data analysis and usage reporting tools
