Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Manager of Documentation will oversee Documentation Governance and Knowledge Management Framework, ensuring accurate and accessible operational documentation while collaborating with various departments to support compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive documentation and knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of operational documents, including SOPs and job aids, while collaborating with stakeholders to keep documentation current
- Lead and mentor a team of documentation specialists, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-quality output and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Medicare operations, documentation management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role with a successful track record in leading documentation projects and teams
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve documentation workflows and content accuracy
- Strong understanding of documentation governance and compliance with industry standards and regulations
