Job Summary
Leading high-priority enablement and growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Enablement will develop scalable programs, enhance customer engagement, and supervise Sales Development Representatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enablement programs and resources that support Sales and Customer Success
- Partner cross-functionally on strategic growth initiatives and high-priority business development efforts
- Coordinate mid-funnel programs to strengthen opportunity momentum and improve follow-up discipline
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in enablement, sales support, or business operations
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Prior people management experience, preferably supervising SDRs or similar roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished materials
