Senior Manager of Energy Efficiency

Job Summary

To lead the planning and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs, the full-time Senior Manager of Energy Efficiency will manage strategic direction, oversee client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve implementation frameworks and quality standards for scalable program success
• Analyze program performance trends and market conditions to inform strategic adjustments and improve delivery efficiency
• Develop and mentor staff while managing client relationships to ensure alignment on program goals and performance outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or Business Administration
• Ten or more years of experience managing complex programs within energy efficiency or a related industry
• Five or more years of experience leading teams with accountability for delivery outcomes
• Deep understanding of Demand Side Management energy efficiency program design and regulatory frameworks
• Proven capability to manage financial performance, including overseeing budgets and driving profitability
