Key Responsibilities
  • Own journey orchestration system operations and ensure journeys are executable and maintainable across channels
  • Translate journey designs into operational lifecycle programs and maintain campaign logic
  • Lead campaign monitoring, quality control, and develop dashboards for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement operations
  • Experience with campaign automation or marketing automation platforms
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large data sets
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel member/customer journeys
  • Ability to think systemically across an entire journey ecosystem
