Key Responsibilities
- Own journey orchestration system operations and ensure journeys are executable and maintainable across channels
- Translate journey designs into operational lifecycle programs and maintain campaign logic
- Lead campaign monitoring, quality control, and develop dashboards for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement operations
- Experience with campaign automation or marketing automation platforms
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large data sets
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel member/customer journeys
- Ability to think systemically across an entire journey ecosystem
