Senior Manager of Enrollment Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing enrollment organization, the remote Senior Manager of Enrollment Operations will manage performance analytics, improve operational workflows, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance patient enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable performance reports to improve Enrollment Specialist productivity and conduct monthly audits for accuracy
• Monitor operational success metrics and implement solutions to resolve issues while managing cross-functional initiatives
• Support the design and rollout of new testing and pilot programs for the enrollment team, analyzing data and providing real-time support

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytical problem-solving and project management
• Background in strategy consulting, operations at a startup, or a related field
• Experience in value-based care or oncology is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, with Looker experience being advantageous
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory
