Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications will manage the operational ownership and continuous improvement of the enterprise application ecosystem, particularly focusing on the HR Technology stack, while ensuring application lifecycle management and integration operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational management of the enterprise application portfolio, ensuring stability and compliance across platforms
• Provide hands-on leadership and support for HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery functions, translating strategic architecture into executable roadmaps
• Act as the primary owner of the HR technology stack, maintaining data integrity and enforcing configuration and security controls

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, particularly HR technology platforms
• Proven ability to run application support models and operational governance
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and talent systems
• Strong technical acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
