A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise business systems strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring high-quality delivery and support
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while acting as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems or related fields within SaaS or complex environments
• Proven experience in leading the implementation and support of complex enterprise platforms
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems and ERP platforms like NetSuite
• Hands-on technical background sufficient to guide solution design
