Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Equity Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of global equity compensation plans and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide employee support regarding equity compensation
  • Analyze data and market trends to improve equity administration processes and prepare reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years managing vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and related regulations
  • Experience managing executive compensation plans in Workday is preferred
  • Familiarity with tax and accounting implications of compensation programs
