Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Equity Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of global equity compensation plans and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide employee support regarding equity compensation
- Analyze data and market trends to improve equity administration processes and prepare reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years managing vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and related regulations
- Experience managing executive compensation plans in Workday is preferred
- Familiarity with tax and accounting implications of compensation programs
