Senior Manager of Escalations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Personal Loan Escalations teams to ensure contractual requirements are met
• Analyze historical work to identify trends and prepare remediation plans for partner performance
• Coordinate with team members to prepare and update contracts and related documents as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in vendor relations, contract management, or performance management
• Experience leading on-site and remote teams with a focus on accountability and collaboration
• Ability to identify and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proven record of performing in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
