Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Leadership and Legal counsel on annual proxy statement and compensation philosophy
  • Oversee Long-Term Incentive programs and manage grant processes for equity administration
  • Lead annual merit, focal, and bonus cycles while managing market benchmarking and job evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Compensation and Equity, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation and G Suite
  • Expertise in EIB management and SEC proxy data preparation
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field; CCP or CEP designation is a plus
