Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Experience Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Experience Design team within the Admin COE, focusing on coaching, performance management, and team health
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape and execute the design vision and strategy for Admin experiences
• Ensure the quality, coherence, and scalability of design work while balancing immediate delivery with long-term strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in people management, specifically managing product designers
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and measurable impact
• Experience with complex SaaS or enterprise product design
• Strong understanding of human-centered design methods and practices
