Job Summary
Strategically focused on driving revenue, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Field Marketing will design and execute localized marketing programs, including regional roadshows and executive roundtables, to support sales velocity and strengthen market leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional field marketing plan aligned with sales goals and enterprise account targets
- Lead the strategy, sourcing, and execution for all regional events, including VIP dinners and local user groups
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for regional sales leadership, ensuring alignment on territory priorities and maximizing event attendance
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record of partnering with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate localized deals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple regional events simultaneously
- Comfort with core marketing technologies, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and attributing field activity to revenue
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions quickly while operating autonomously
