Senior Manager of Filing Automation

Job Summary

Driving the highest possible share of automated filings, the full-time Senior Manager of Filing Automation will lead a multi-disciplinary team to optimize AI-driven workflows and ensure operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing filing automation team, optimizing structure and staffing models
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI-driven automation skills, managing design, validation, and deployment
• Establish formal operating agreements with technical partners to prioritize workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in automation engineering or process engineering within a SaaS environment
• Proven experience managing an automation skill catalog or production-scale AI agent library
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, preferably with senior contributors
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflow orchestration platforms
• Proficiency in managing high-volume data configurations in regulated environments
