Senior Manager of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage corporate budget, identifying variances for corrective action
• Supervise finance staff and support audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Expert knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including 2 CFR 200
• Experience with financial management, budget development, and audit coordination
• Proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and advanced Excel functions
