Senior Manager of Finance
Job Summary
Leading the strategic oversight of optometrist and tech labor, the full-time Senior Manager of Finance will manage scheduling analytics to optimize staffing and enhance patient flow while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute doctor labor models to improve overall doctor effectiveness and exam availability
- Lead the labor scheduling team in using data-driven insights to align staffing with patient demand
- Develop and enhance processes to map doctor supply to patient demand, supporting financial and service objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Point, and SQL
- Experience with financial analysis and large data sets
- Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of analytical concepts
