Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and resource allocation
Own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting to track KPIs
Lead revenue operations and manage the Customer Support function to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
2-4+ years in a strategic finance or business operations leadership role at a high-growth startup
Strong skills in modeling, data analysis, and understanding of SaaS metrics
Experience with CRM and RevOps tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
