Senior Manager of Finance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operationalize growth
• Own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting to maintain KPI accuracy
• Lead revenue operations and manage the Customer Support function to ensure excellent customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
• 2-4+ years in a strategic finance or business operations leadership role at a high-growth startup
• Strong skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and understanding of SaaS metrics
• Experience with CRM and RevOps tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
