Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial clearance functions including pre-registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling to enhance patient experience
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize billing processes, improve cash collections, and reduce denial errors
• Monitor staffing productivity, implement quality control audits, and drive a patient-focused culture emphasizing accountability and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience in patient registration or financial clearance, including three years in a supervisory role
• Alternatively, seven years of experience in patient registration or financial clearance with five years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care environments
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and adapt to changing work environments
