Senior Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual financial planning process and collaborate on monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations on variances
• Drive technology optimization and process improvements within the FP&A team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a relevant field
• CPA and MBA or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in the industry
• Proven technical aptitude and familiarity with financial systems
• Ability to manage business processes while implementing improvements for efficiency
