Senior Manager of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager of Financial Planning will oversee the planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, while providing actionable financial insights to drive strategic decision-making in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor the FP&A team to deliver critical financial support and insights
- Own the end-to-end planning process, including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across multiple business units
- Prepare and present financial reporting packages and dashboards for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
- Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience with advanced modeling skills
- Proven supervisory experience with a focus on mentoring finance teams
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
