Senior Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Senior Manager of Financial Planning will lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis while collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts, partnering with teams to develop and pressure-test assumptions
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis, translating findings into actionable insights
• Maintain and evolve financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and business decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, including scenario modeling and variance analysis
• Experience working within a growing, complex business environment
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to influence decisions
