Senior Manager of Financial Systems

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and reliability of Vanta's core financial systems, the full-time Senior Manager of Financial Systems will lead the strategy and execution of financial data management, ensuring accurate and scalable financial processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and operations for core financial systems, including ERP and financial planning tools
• Define and govern financial data architecture, ensuring data integrity and clear ownership
• Drive integrations between financial systems and adjacent platforms, enhancing data flow and accessibility

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology
• Deep hands-on experience with ERPs, including multi-subsidiary configuration and workflow automation
• Experience administering a cloud FP&A planning platform with a solid understanding of its architecture
• Proven ability to design scalable financial data structures, including cost center hierarchies and master data management
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and writing SQL for data validation and analysis
