Job Summary
Leading the modernization of financial systems, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Financial Systems will manage end-to-end development activities, define enterprise architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and operational capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development activities across financial systems, including architecture, design, and deployment
- Define the technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms, supporting cloud transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise ERP and financial reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, and O2C
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP APIs, and various cloud platforms
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a collaborative environment
- Effective cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
