Senior Manager of Forecasting

Job Summary

Driving demand forecasting and analytics, the full-time Senior Manager of Forecasting will utilize statistical analysis and SQL-based tools to enhance forecast accuracy and lead cross-functional demand planning efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and management of rolling revenue forecasts at the SKU/channel/geography level using statistical analytics and BI tools
• Lead demand planning operations and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on unified demand and supply plans
• Track forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine forecasting methodologies to improve performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or business analytics in consumer electronics or consumer goods
• Proficiency in SQL and expert-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end revenue forecasts with measurable accuracy improvements
• Experience collaborating across functions and presenting to executive leadership
