Senior Manager of FP and A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting for Sales and Marketing, including the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts
• Design and administer sales compensation and commission plans in partnership with Sales leadership
• Analyze sales efficiency and unit economics, and evaluate marketing spend effectiveness and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in FP&A or go-to-market finance roles, preferably in high-growth or technology-enabled companies
• Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations, focusing on commissions and sales productivity
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
• Hands-on experience with FP&A systems and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
