Senior Manager of FP and A

Job Summary

Owning the financial model and driving strategic initiatives, the fully remote Senior Manager of FP&A will manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, build impactful monthly reporting, and partner with the executive team on pricing and growth strategies in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's financial model, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business growth
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and the financial implications of new products and partnerships

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proficient in financial modeling, including building three-statement models from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with modern FP&A platforms is a plus
• Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-based businesses is advantageous
