Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial budgeting and planning processes, aligning resources with strategic priorities
• Provide performance insights to guide strategic business initiatives and assess opportunities and risks
• Synthesize and communicate financial insights to operational leaders to drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with preferred experience managing direct reports
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop insights
• Deep curiosity and passion for understanding financial results with a focus on shareholder value creation
• Completion of a case study is required for candidates advancing to the final interview round
