Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning efforts
• Act as a finance partner to Executives and operational leaders, providing insights and analysis on performance
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the FP&A team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience in building financial models and dashboards
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial reporting
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members
