Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Deliver monthly variance analysis and executive reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making
• Manage procurement governance, optimizing vendor spend and ensuring compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3 years in FP&A leadership roles
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and analytical modeling, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
